For time-sensitive services such as billing operations, customer support, and call center activities, work is performed within agreed operational hours and timelines. Elegant Crest Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client instructions, system downtime, or third-party service interruptions.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery. This includes access credentials, billing details, call scripts, workflows, and operational guidelines. The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided data complies with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Billing, Invoicing, and Payments

All billing terms, service fees, and payment schedules are agreed upon prior to service commencement. Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension, delayed deliverables, or termination. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Call Center and Operational Services

For call center, customer support, or operational services, Elegant Crest Solutions performs tasks within agreed working hours and performance standards. Call handling, billing support, and customer communication are conducted based on client-approved scripts and procedures. No guarantee is made regarding call volumes, conversion rates, or financial outcomes.

8. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver services professionally and efficiently, Elegant Crest Solutions does not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or performance outcomes. Results may vary based on factors beyond our control.

9. Confidentiality and Data Handling

We maintain the confidentiality of all non-public client information shared during service delivery. Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect sensitive data. Confidential information is disclosed only when required by law or authorized by the client.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, documentation, processes, and methodologies developed by Elegant Crest Solutions remain the Company’s intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute such materials without written permission.

11. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

12. Service Availability and Downtime

We aim to maintain consistent service availability; however, uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or force majeure events.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elegant Crest Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
